Strive Health is transforming kidney care system and looking for a Regional Vice President, Operations to oversee market operations, clinical outcomes, financial success, and stakeholder engagement.

P&L management in healthcare delivery setting
Relationship development with key stakeholders in healthcare industry
Metrics-driven approach in improving performance
Knowledge of value-based care delivery models
Experience in strategic partnerships

Responsibilities

Provide leadership over the market operations
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders
Establish trust-based partnership with the Regional Medical Director
Execute on contract terms and operating model
Represent Strive externally and develop strategic collaborations
Set utilization goals and business metrics
Manage and develop operations leaders
Direct primary care clinical operations
Meet with internal and external stakeholders

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
