StriveTogether is seeking a Director of Training and Facilitation to lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs that support community partnerships and promote systems change. This role requires extensive experience in adult learning, facilitation, and collective impact methodologies.
Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, evaluate trainees' progress, develop customized training content, and collaborate with various teams to enhance training offerings.
Skills: Strong facilitation and communication skills, project management, proficiency in digital learning technologies, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications: 10+ years of training and facilitation experience with deep expertise in Results-Based Facilitation and proven ability to drive systemic change in sectors like education and community engagement.

Compensation: $82000 - $93000 / Annually
About the position
Reporting to the Senior Director, Training Hub, the Trainer will play a crucial role in supporting community partnerships and guiding them towards a shared vision of success. You will be responsible for designing and facilitating highly effective in-person and online offerings, leveraging adult learning and subject matter expertise in order to ensure a positive learning experience for participants and that learning objectives are met. This role requires expertise in collective impact and a deep understanding of adult learning and online learning techniques to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.

This is an exempt role. The anticipated salary range for this role is $82,000 - $93,000. The salary range accounts for Cincinnati-similar geographic regions and may be adjusted based on the cost of labor of the geographic market.
