Vice President of Sales - Defense Markets

Striveworks is looking for a Vice President of Sales in Defense Markets who will lead and develop methods to increase customer value and revenue. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of products critical to national security missions.

Skills

10+ years of defense technology sales experience
5+ years of SaaS sales experience
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience selling data and/or AI/ML technology solutions
Strategy and implementation experience in new start environments

Responsibilities

Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations excellence and growth
Synthesizing customer requirements and structuring customer deals
Monitoring the market and competitor products for sales opportunities
Setting sales goals and sales budgets
Developing sales strategy and sales structure
