Vice President of Sales - Defense Markets

Striveworks is looking for a Vice President of Sales in Defense Markets who will lead and develop methods to increase customer value and revenue. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of products critical to national security missions.

Skills

  • 10+ years of defense technology sales experience
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience selling data and/or AI/ML technology solutions
  • Strategy and implementation experience in new start environments

Responsibilities

  • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations excellence and growth
  • Synthesizing customer requirements and structuring customer deals
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products for sales opportunities
  • Setting sales goals and sales budgets
  • Developing sales strategy and sales structure
