Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Defense

Striveworks is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead AI/ML projects for government clients and provide innovative solutions using machine learning models.

Skills

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Experience in cloud architectures and software engineering tools
Excellent communication skills
Active Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

Lead scoping, design, and execution of machine-learning projects for government clients
Guide the development of machine-learning models and custom analytics
Develop group-level practice improvements and reusable code
Orchestrate and automate complex data pipelines and analytics algorithms
Manage small execution teams towards project deliverables
Conduct mission-critical fieldwork

Education

Advanced degree in data science, machine learning, computer science, or related discipline
