Skills

Proficiency in Plan Administration
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with onboarding processes for defined contribution retirement plans

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding process for start-up and conversion retirement plans
Participate in calls to establish takeover plan timeline and required disclosures
Generate and review necessary takeover documents
Track new business activities and assist in business development efforts

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
