Segments the sales area and defines strategies with the implant sales team to maximize market penetration.
Stays current on technological innovations and market trends to deliver updated and effective support.
Operates with high ethical standards, complying with regulations (including FCPA and Stryker Code of Conduct), and fosters strong customer relationships.
Partners with VP & GM LATAM to align regional strategy and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Leads and develops a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve business objectives and foster professional growth.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related technical or administrative field.
Proven experience in selling high-cost products within the medical device industry.
Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred:
Experience in Orthopedics.
MBA or relevant postgraduate specialization.
