Orthopedic Robotic Mako Clinical Selling, Associate Manager NOLA

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do

  • Provides technical support to the sales team and engages with orthopedic surgeons to support the MAKO sales process.

  • Collaborates with sales strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention, aligned with company goals.

  • Responsible for clinical selling, identifying and developing key clinical advocates, and guiding them through the MAKO Pathway.

  • Educates surgeons and staff on the clinical benefits of the robot with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

  • Segments the sales area and defines strategies with the implant sales team to maximize market penetration.

  • Stays current on technological innovations and market trends to deliver updated and effective support.

  • Operates with high ethical standards, complying with regulations (including FCPA and Stryker Code of Conduct), and fosters strong customer relationships.

  • Partners with VP & GM LATAM to align regional strategy and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Leads and develops a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve business objectives and foster professional growth.

What you need

Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related technical or administrative field.

    • Proven experience in selling high-cost products within the medical device industry.

    • Advanced English proficiency.

    Preferred:

      • Experience in Orthopedics.

      • MBA or relevant postgraduate specialization.

      • Experience in people management.
