What you will be doing
As one of our current two student assistants is graduating, we are looking for a student to join the Technical Project Management and Portfolio team in Global IT up to 15 hours per week. The tasks will vary and depend on your background and interests; thus, you can have a high degree of influence of the work. You will be working across our Strategy, Compliance and Resources department as well as interface with all other IT departments covering applications, infrastructure, security, and service management.
Depending on your background and interests the tasks can be:

Help develop communication material for Global IT

Coordinate and manage IT projects
-
Build and maintain our Sharepoint space and Global IT’s site on the company intranet

Help maintain our project management playbook and templates
-
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau
-
Help identify data and data sources to improve our work processes
-
Assist project managers and project teams with ad hoc project tasks

Assist with manual project and application specific processes, like user access and help with improving them
Who we are
The Technical Project Management and Portfolio team has 6 full time team members as well as two student assistants, where you will be one of them. Most of us are currently located at our office in Hillerød, where this position is also located.
We manage the global project portfolio of projects within IT and business projects with an IT impact, to deliver projects that support both business and IT strategies. Furthermore, the project managers of the team manage global IT projects. Besides running IT specific projects, we support the Global IT organization in organizational development.
We are in the process of transitioning from several local IT organization across our five operating manufacturing facilities, into one global IT organization supporting all sites. You will therefore be working in a multicultural department with colleagues based in Denmark, UK and US. The company language and all communication are therefore in English.
About you
We expect you to be enrolled in a study programme at a university in Denmark, with preferably more than one year left of your studies. Your study line is not the most important, but we expect you to be a quick learner and to seek out tasks. Furthermore, we expect the following items:

Knowledge of project management

Generel interest in IT and Digital Technologies

Great communicational skills both in writing and graphical communication

Experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, specifically Powerpoint and Word
-
Must be able to fluently communicate in English
In addition to the items above, the following items are a plus, but not mandatory:

Knowledge of IT, for example infrastructure and security and/or applications and databases

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience with Tableau and Alteryx

Experience with Sharepoint development

Interest in and/or knowledge of compliance and validation

Experience from a Pharmaceutical company or other regulated industry

Practicalities
Your workplace will be at our office at our production site in Hillerød, however, the position also allows you to work from home or from our Satellite office in Bredgade, Copenhagen.
The position is up to 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to plan your time around exams. We hope that you will be able to join us physically in the office regularly but respect your study schedule.
We are looking for someone who can start on 01. September 2023, or earlier. We will be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis.
