Overview:
We are currently looking for a full time Sales Associate who is intelligent, assertive and a determined person who wants a dynamic career in commercial real estate to join our fast growing brokerage team in New York City team.

The base salary for this position if filled within New York City is $60,000.00. based on skills and experience, with the ability to achieve additional compensation through commissions.
Responsibilities:
  • Focus heavily on business development skills
  • Support the senior brokers in initiating business development activities: Our sales mediums include: email, social media, heavy telephone prospecting, in-person canvassing the New York City market and updating our proprietary database
  • Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business
  • Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare financial analyses and create business presentations
  • Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business

Technical skills gained during the training program will include: Financial analysis, reading architecture plans, strategic planning, programming, application of market economics, negotiation techniques, drafting proposals and letters of intent, lease analysis and commenting, creating market surveys, and, conceptualizing and developing marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
  • Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related
  • New York Salesperson License or in progress
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate sales business model or high interest in the industry
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and sales skills essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Business development, cold calling, customer service or applicable skill set highly desired
