For 30+ years, our software has helped leading design firms to drive efficiency and growth through our industry-leading digital platform featuring an all-in-one project management system, client collaboration portal, product sourcing, tools, and designer-specific accounting software. 


The Role


As our Content Marketing Manager (salary range $70K-$80K), you will lead and execute the ideation, development, and optimization of content across our owned and paid channels to grow engagement with Studio Designer’s prospect audience. You will become an expert on our buyer personas, opportunities and challenges faced by interior design firms, and on Studio Designer’s key value propositions to continually create engaging storytelling experiences.


You will think strategically about how individual content assets and elements ladder up to a holistic marketing strategy, finding opportunities to improve the quality, impact, and governance of content along the way. You will have a deep knowledge of digital marketing channels (organic, paid, social, email, onsite/ off-site) and how content works across them to engage audiences and inspire action. You will have experience collaborating with digital strategy, sales, product, clients, and vendors/freelancers to meet content and sales objectives.


What You’ll Do


Content Development


  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of strategic content plans and deliverables.
  • Own and maintain suite of content including:
  • Blog
  • Thought Leadership
  • Case Studies
  • Testimonials
  • Own Thought Leadership from start to finish – identify notable topics, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, either write or partner with freelance copywriters to develop impactful content. Pieces will be repurposed for a variety of applications including SEO, gated content, earned media, organic social.
  • Write, edit, and optimize content to be leveraged across a range of channels including organic search, email, paid media, social media, and on-site/off-site landing pages.
  • Report on content marketing trends, share key insights and strategy recommendations for future growth-oriented digital campaigns.


Campaign Operations and Optimization


  • Optimize inbound marketing efforts leveraging Pardot and partnering with Demand Generation and Revenue Operations.
  • Own email messaging for Product Marketing campaigns and Monthly Newsletter, “The Brief”.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to lead message development for email nurture campaigns.
  • Lead and collaborate with Business Development Rep (BDR) team to develop messaging for sequences and outbound campaigns in Outreach.
  • Develop sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks) for use by Account Executives and BDR’s.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to A/B test campaigns, creatives, channels, and platforms.


Website Content and SEO


  • Own all content on website including messaging, content library, forms and more.
  • Optimize website for SEO to drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop contact capture and lead capture campaigns.


What You’ll Ideally Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related area
  • Extensive experience in creating content for inbound marketing channels, ideally for B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven experience generating qualified B2B leads.
  • Experience with ABM a plus.
  • Ability to craft highly converting copy for ads, landing pages, content marketing and email campaigns that will generate clicks and conversions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot platform is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS and SEO tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, experience in Monday.com or Asana a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate across departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Intense attention to detail.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to track, analyze, and report engagement, and to interpret data to present recommendations for improving impact.
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry a plus.
