The Role:
The Growth Director at StudioXAG is responsible for driving sustained, strategic, and profitable revenue growth for the business.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on crafting and implementing growth strategies that attract new clients and expand existing client relationships, propelling StudioXAG's reputation and market presence.
You will build, refine, and embed effective processes across business development, account growth, and marketing to align with the company’s goals.
With a deep understanding of our creative industry, you’ll take charge of growth initiatives, from networking and outreach to commercial negotiations and strategic planning, playing a vital role in shaping our future.

Who exactly are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Director with a proven ability to create and execute effective growth strategies within an agency or creative environment.
You’ll need a mix of visionary leadership, practical hands-on business development, and a strong client-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, a collaborative leader, and a commercially driven strategist, able to balance ambitious growth targets with the company's unique creative and values-driven approach.

We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our East London studio in E10 and 2 flexible days. Our
normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
Some of our benefits:
Salary: DOE. We are flexible for the right person but as a starting point, we're looking at £90k-£100k
