About the Role

Lead a team focused on delivering strategic options for Arizona sites in a safe and efficient manner through the project lifecycle in line with BHP standards and requirements, within budget, scope and schedule to optimise value for BHP.

About You

To be a successful candidate you should:

Demonstrated leadership / management experience, plus the ability to form and work in teams.
Experience in managing projects and project teams with a demonstrated record of successful project completion.
Experience in Surface Mine Planning
Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent
Succeeds with minimal supervision, manages time effectively, and proactively maintains control over all projects/responsibilities
