This role sits on the Corporate Legal team, and works closely with teams across Intuit including finance, accounting, the executive team, HR, and immigration. This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week.

6+ years of paralegal experience and/or program management at a law firm or in-house with expertise in subsidiary management; experience in other areas of corporate law a plus.
- Knowledge of entity governance legal concepts and terminology including corporate formations, registrations and other entity maintenance requirements.

Well-developed project management skills, including preparing project plans and key milestones and managing them.

A learner and innovator who’s never afraid to try something new, experiment and has a bias for action.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook), GSuite (word, slides, drive), Adobe Acrobat, Diligent Entities.

Supporting Intuit’s worldwide subsidiaries, which will include corporate formations, coordinating federal, state and local filings in the US, and overseeing outside law firms and secretarial companies abroad.

Building scalable and automated processes for gathering information across many Intuit teams pertaining to our subsidiaries, including driving and project managing Diligent Entities.
- Identifying and creating efficiencies within the subsidiary program through the use of technology.
