Skills

Scrum Master certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, etc.)
Agile frameworks knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Project management experience

Responsibilities

Act as a servant-leader for multiple Scrum teams
Coach teams to improve performance and adopt Agile practices
Facilitate Scrum events and other team activities
Support Product Owners in managing backlogs and communication
Promote a trusting and safe team environment
