Senior Accountant

Subsplash is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Finance team and drive innovation in accounting processes. This role involves collaborating with internal departments, conducting technical accounting research, and ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Detail-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Contribute to month-end close processes by preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Investigate and resolve anomalies in general ledger accounts
Lead accounting activities related to acquisition integration
Drive third-party financial audits and debt covenant reporting
Prepare for system migrations and ensure compliance with new accounting standards

Education

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA license or CPA Candidate strongly preferred
