Business Development Recruiting Specialist (Central Europe)

Substance is actively redefining the recruitment process, connecting top businesses with outstanding talent across the globe. As we expand our presence in Central Europe, we are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Recruiting Specialist (Central Europe) to enhance our business development efforts and drive our growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within Central Europe through comprehensive market research and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and positioning Substance as their preferred partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors affecting recruitment in Central Europe to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to devise and implement effective business development strategies that drive lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Team up with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging, optimize outreach efforts, and facilitate smooth processes for client engagement.
  • Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.

What We Are Looking For:

We are searching for an individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in making a significant impact in Central Europe’s recruitment landscape.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, specifically within the Central European market.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any additional Central European languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive successful client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
