Community Content Lead (Remote)

The Sui Foundation exists to support the development, growth and adoption of the Sui network. Sui is the first permissionless Layer 1 blockchain designed from the ground up to enable creators and developers to build unique Web3 experiences from gaming to finance.

As the Community Content Lead at the Sui Foundation you will make sure our community members always have access to the latest and most exciting information and updates from the Sui ecosystem. Thanks to your efforts our community social channels are always buzzing with discussions about the latest developments, community projects, partnerships, memes and anything else that our community finds interesting and engaging. Additionally you will architect and maintain our online community hubs such as Community and Ecosystem sections of the Foundation website. Finally, you will coordinate and administer our global KOL strategy to ensure the strongest and most trusted voices in our industry are alway up to speed on the latest from Sui.

You will work closely with regional community leads and representatives from other functions of the Foundation to source and distribute community relevant information in a timeline manner, as well as creating spaces and opportunities for the community to interact directly with key members of the Foundations leadership team.

This role reports to the Global Head of Community at the Sui Foundation.

What you’ll do:

• Create and coordinate periodic, asynchronous newsletters and community updates and build a Community CRM platform 
• Develop, administer and execute our global KOL strategy to ensure industry voices are always in the know of the latest updates from our ecosystem
• Making sure we always have great content from our global events to share back with our global and regional communities
• Coordinate with regional community leads and other teams across the world to ensure our community members get the spotlight and recognition they deserve
• Work closely with marketing, developer support and external product teams to ensure our community website and social channels are always up to date with the latest development in the Sui ecosystem 

What you'll bring: 

• At least 5 years of experience in building and managing community content with a focus on end users, with a substantial portion in Web3
• Deep understanding on how to work with end user communities of developers, builders etc.
• Knowledge of how to develop and format content for various online social and web channels such as Discord, Telegram, wikis etc.
• Experience in building teams distributed and remote teams, preferably from 0 to 1
• Strong understanding of blockchain and crypto communities, on the ground-knowledge of Web3 end users and enthusiast communities
• Passion for Web3 and commitment to making it accessible to end users
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and connect.
