About the Role

As a DSP Embedded Firmware Intern, you will provide a wider variety of technical support tasks using a combination of advanced engineering principles and techniques.

What You Will Do

Design and development of C/C++ code to implement Audio algorithms and firmware for professional audio products in an Agile environment.
Understand the requirements, design, develop and debug software for professional audio products
Testing and documentation of code functionality.
Conduct research and development for new technologies and products

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering.
Experience in C/C++ with excellent object-oriented programming skills.
Experience working in Microsoft Visual Studio, CMake, Windows, and Linux environments.

What is Nice to Have

Prototyping algorithms in MATLAB or Python

What You Need

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Junior year or later, or graduate/Ph.D. program at an accredited institution taking at least one class in the semester prior to the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
Degree must be in related area of work with courses EE, CS, or CE
Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders
Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong MS Office Skills and communication skills

What is Nice to Have

Previous entry level work experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of project management and related software

What Makes You Eligible

Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Must provide full work availability from May 22, 2023 through August 11, 2023 and be able to work 40 hours per week, potentially part time after.
