Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication, leadership, and customer-centric approach to drive product improvements and achieve rapid growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product initiatives from conception to execution
• Lead PLG Engineering and UX teams to design and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor effectiveness of growth initiatives
• Oversee development and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and user journeys

Education

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• MBA is a plus
