The opportunity:
The resource supports our Sales team and Clients by being a technical point of contact to set expectations, provide updates and drive implementations through to completion. Support IT goals and objectives by working closely with internal Scrum team members and Stakeholders to ensure that integrations and implementations exceed Client expectations. Work within a distributed team to document, prioritize, develop, test, and release small to large scale EDI solutions with Clients located across the country.
How you will contribute:
Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards with minimal oversight
Provide strategic analysis to define and improve standard solutions, standard deliverables, and templates
Work with IT and business users to evaluate data and extract requests and recommend viable short- and long-term solutions
Work on large- and small-scale projects for new business implementations and maintaining existing client implementations with a significant focus on dental encounters, claims, eligibility, and enrollment via 837, 835, 999, 834, 277 EDI standards
Ability to document and maintain requirements using source to target maps, data dictionary, process documentation and team defined standards, using tools such as Visio, Word, and Excel
Ability to perform ad hoc data analysis and reconciliation using complex SQL queries
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ensure data quality through scenario-based testing

What you will bring with you:
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Data Analyst
Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong ability to shift focus as necessary to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate technical details to technical and non-technical resources
Ability to facilitate a conference/video call, in-person meeting with clients and internal team members
Knowledge of dental or medical insurance claims processing
Experience in the EDI transactions supporting dental and medical claims processing
Familiarity with appropriate handling of Personal Health Information (PHI) data
Familiarity with various file structures, such as XML, character delimited, and EDI
Salary Range: $67,300 - $101,000
