Sunrise Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide excellent resident services and perform necessary maintenance duties in our communities. With a focus on resident hospitality, we require a proactive individual with a passion for service.

  • Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative and emergency maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of resident service and relations.
  • Assist in daily pool/spa maintenance and cleanliness of grounds.
  • Ensure apartments are rent ready within 3 to 5 days after vacated.
  • Handle maintenance requests efficiently and effectively.
