Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative and emergency maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of resident service and relations.
- Assist in daily pool/spa maintenance and cleanliness of grounds.
- Ensure apartments are rent ready within 3 to 5 days after vacated.
- Handle maintenance requests efficiently and effectively.
