Supabase is a fully remote company building an open-source database platform. We are seeking an Account Executive to accelerate Supabase’s growth.
Showcase and advocate for Supabase as a solution for developers, teams, and businesses;
Land new deals and expand accounts by identifying revenue growth opportunities;
Engage with the right accounts at the right time, using tailored messaging based on users’ product usage and stage in their journey;
Maintain a feedback loop with the Supabase team to communicate customer product requirements and new feature requests;
Nurture early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
Customer-focused, with at least two years of growth or sales experience, preferably in a developer tooling company;
Eager to assist customers and demonstrate the value of the product:
ambitious and process-driven;
a good communicator;
a self-starter who enjoys hitting and exceeding targets;
organized with exceptional time management skills, able to work independently;
thriving in a fast-paced environment;
coachable, with a love of learning and a growth mindset;
experienced with CRM software like Hubspot.
Enthusiastic about tech and engaging with customers, with a desire to be part of a rapidly scaling company;
Based in the EMEA time zone;
Results-driven and comfortable working in an asynchronous, fully remote environment;
Experienced with consumption-based businesses and creating value for developers;
Familiar with SMBs, digital-native businesses, startups, and scale-ups;
Knowledgeable about bottoms-up PLG (Product-Led Growth) businesses with sales layers.

The entire process is fully remote and all communication will happen over email or via video chat.
Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for a short screening interview over a video call.
If you pass the screen you will be invited to up to four follow-up interviews.
The calls:
usually take between 20-45 minutes each depending on the interviewer.
most of the time, are all 1:1.
will be with the founders, a member of either the growth or engineering team (depending on the role) and usually one other person from your immediate team or function.
Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss several roles and candidates and may:
ask one or two follow-up questions over email or a quick call.
