This position, which reports directly to the PMO Supervisor is primarily responsible for handling and processing incoming shipments from customers of used materials sent to the West Whiteland site, as well as package outgoing finished product to customers.

In addition to these primary duties, this role also involves assisting with other functions within the Precious Metal Office (PMO). These may include weight/quantity verifications, moving/transacting metal through the various processes, and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories. The incumbent, over time, will be cross trained in these additional functions.
