Supply Chain Intern

This position will support various functions within the Materials Department to include receiving and processing customer orders thru the OEM portals, generate picking list and order demand. Use scanner to stock and issue raw material and finished goods in and out to the plant floor. Capable to perform physical and weight counts, load and unload materials and professionally interact with vendors.

Responsibilities

Ø Ability to perform mathematical operations.

Ø Process orders from customer service and verify customer portals.

Ø Scan material in and out from warehouse locations.

Ø Enter received material into the system.

Ø Perform physical and weight counts.

Ø Able to learn how to use and manage scanner device.

Physical

Must be able to lift 20- 30 lbs. Will be required to work in a fast paced environment.

Must be a junior or senior in the 2023/24 school year.

Must be local to the St. Louis, MO area.

Interpersonal Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of customer and supplier personnel both verbally and in writing.
