Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes Engineering, Scheduling and Supply Chain data to support and improve supply chain management (SCM) planning and operations

• Utilizes Oracle ERP and Operational Dashboards to identify inefficiencies, execute root-cause analysis (RCA) and submit business process change requests

• Develops and executes Laitram Continuous Improvement (LCI) projects to enhance SCM

• Works with R&DTO Program Managers on production forecasting; executes purchase orders and manages parts flow through receipt

• Create discrete job within the ERP systems and define bill, routing, scheduling assembly start and completion date.

• Manages the entire purchasing life cycle - $40,000 to $100,000 weekly

• Collaborates with Mechanical Engineering and Scheduling to optimize interdependent processes ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete and on-time

• Manages internal requests from Intralox’s world-wide locations to fulfill production demands globally

• Coordinate with Customer Service to provide required information during the booking of an order (RFQ process).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Supply Chain or Business.

• Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data.

• Minimum 3 years supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or a position involving data analytics, interpretation, and reporting.

• Proven knowledge of inventory management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be a self-managed, hard-working, self-motivated individual.

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,207.23 - $80,000.00 per year
