SageSure, the insurance first, tech-forward, capital-lite managing general underwriter that focuses on the underserved, preferred homeowners middle-market, is seeking a Support Analyst, Strategy Implementation. We seek a detail-oriented candidate that is motivated by solving problems and providing exceptional customer service on our Strategy Implementation team. In this position, you will be assisting the team by providing support to build and mature our project execution framework and tooling. The ideal candidate will be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in their career.

Tooling support and maintenance of our Initiative Management framework and execution infrastructure

Technical support and customer service of our execution capabilities

Setup automated workflows and forms to provide efficiencies

Design, enhance, and maintain the layout and content of the department portal and capability assessment framework

Draft communications for initiative updates and execution capabilities per timelines
-
Ensure timely, quality updates and data integrity of initiatives

Leverage our data to develop reports and views to help drive our continuous improvement efforts

Assist in preparing monthly COP materials

Assist in preparing training, best practices, and reference materials
-
Perform ad hoc requests to support strategic initiatives

Bachelor’s degree
-
1-3 years of experience in a strategy, operations, analytics, or project execution role

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
-
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical resources
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Willingness to learn and jump in to solve problems

Ability to work as a team member and independently owning tasks

Desire to work for an innovative company

Proficiency with Smartsheet
