The Data Entry is responsible for accurately entering data from various sources into the necessary systems and... databases. This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date. What does a day in the life in Data Entry look like? • Accurately enters data from various sources into the necessary systems and databases • Uses software tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets to enter data • Verifies the accuracy and completeness of entered data • Performs quality checks on data entry to ensure that it is error-free and up to date • Adheres to company policies and procedures • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve issues • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times • Performs other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications for Data Entry? • Must have high school diploma or equivalent • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • At least 1 year data entry experience or equivalent • Proficient in using computers and various software applications • Knowledge of specialized tools for data entry preferred Nice-to-have qualifications: • Someone with research experience is a plus • Experience in G-Suite • Experience managing start-up accounts • Experience working on a social media platform Ninja Perks and Benefits • Full time employees ● Competitive compensation ● Adherence to government-mandated benefits ● Retirement Savings Program with Company Matching ● Life Insurance ● HMO on day 1 ● Paid time off, birthday leave ● Bonus and incentive plans ● Opportunities for skills training and personal and professional development ● Employee Referral Program ● Beautiful office space (for onsite employees) ● Free lunch provided daily (for onsite employees) Experience infinite fun so you can have infinite growth.
