Since launching our sustainable sonic toothbrush in 2022, we’ve delighted over 300k customers across the UK, Europe and US. In doing so, SURI has risen to become the highest-rated electric toothbrush on Trustpilot, while achieving B-Corp certification and securing listings in major US and UK retailers. As well as garnering widespread media attention, SURI has also picked up numerous prestigious industry awards including The Grocer Startup of the Year, Red Dot Design Award, and the Marie Claire Sustainability Award.

We’ve grown rapidly to over 300,000 customers across the UK and US since launching our first product in May 2022, and are now aiming to expand further in the US. We have strong traction in the US since launch, and the market is a key strategic priority for the business over the next few years. We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Growth Lead, with experience of growth marketing in the US, who can help us achieve our goals.

You’ll report into the Director of Growth, and be responsible for growing our key channels in the US, as well as testing and scaling new opportunities.

It’s a varied and rewarding role that ranges across core growth functions; day to day, you could be working on anything from driving our ad creative strategy, running CRO tests on our website, driving repeat revenue, as well as supporting on influencer, PR and local brand activities. All good marketing starts with good insight, and you’ll be the point person for helping the business truly understand our US customer, and ensuring that drives our growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for revenue, CAC and ROAS targets in the US market, and will know how to focus your time and energy to drive impact and success.

We want someone who has a great blend of creative and analytical thinking - someone who can get into the data to understand a problem or find an opportunity, but can also put themselves in the customer’s shoes and get creative about solutions and messaging. Above all, we’re looking for a growth mindset, someone who is highly driven to succeed (with a track record of doing so), a curious and fast learner, and a leader who can break down obstacles and take the initiative.

  • A proven track record of driving growth through paid social, in particular via creative strategy.
  • A proven track record of driving significant growth through other channels, such as Google Ads, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Email, Influencer, Affiliate, Print etc.
  • A do-er. Someone who takes action, gets stuff done and finds a way around obstacles.
  • A process builder - you create structures to make yourself and others around you more efficient.
  • Highly comfortable with data - can use data tools to produce detailed reports that generate real insight.
  • An understanding of localisation and driving growth in different countries.
  • You live by test and learn methodology.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/D2C, in a startup environment, is highly desirable.
