JobSummary:We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation at PubNub to help drive strategic direction and execute global marketing programs to grow the sales pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle, and nurture high lifetime value accounts. The Director of Demand Generation will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to generate net new pipeline, help grow our existing install base, and chart out our account-based marketing strategy to drive larger deal sizes. Must have a passion for technology and data-driven marketing to help plan and execute targeted, account-based strategies, campaigns, and programs in conjunction with sales and the extended marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, versatile, and able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution. They will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment in close alignment with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Must be results-oriented and look at the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategic development, execution, and reporting on ROI.Responsibilities:Design and implement our demand generation strategy spanning inbound and outbound and including email, paid advertising, social, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, and content syndication. Continuously optimize program performance and quality, working in a closed feedback loop with the sales team. Identify and test creative new strategies to generate traffic, sign ups, and qualified leads. Define and manage top-of-the-funnel nurture programs to accelerate prospect movement through the funnel. Design, test, and execute account-based marketing campaigns for acquisition and expansion. Track and report on performance metrics (CPL, Leads, MQLs, SQLs, Opps, Pipeline, etc.), using this data to continually optimize campaign performance. Drive compelling user acquisition experiences. Propose and execute A/B tests on media formats, ads, targeting and landing pages.Experience:8years of demand generation experience, preferably in a high-tech environment BS/BA degree. Master's preferred. A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Strong understanding of all .facets of the buyer's journey throughout the marketing and sales funnel Expertise in SEO/SEM, events, social media, and digital marketing.Salary Range:$150K -- $200KMinimum QualificationMarketing Research & Analysis, Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
