SurveyMonkey, a global leader in online surveys and forms, is seeking a Senior Counsel experienced in product counseling to join their legal and corporate affairs team.

Skills

Legal experience in product counseling and marketing
JD from an accredited law school
Knowledge of data privacy, SaaS licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory frameworks
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Ability to explain legal concepts to business leaders

Responsibilities

Advising on product development and releases
Reviewing and addressing legal issues related to data privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, and more
Supporting marketing teams with campaigns and partnerships
Developing legal training and processes for new product launches
Implementing privacy law changes across teams

Education
