Staff Software Engineer

SurveyMonkey is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Web Experience team, responsible for implementing and maintaining the design system library and front-end build tools.

Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with React framework
Expertise in build tools like Rollup, Webpack, NX, and CI/CD configuration
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
Knowledge of API design (GraphQL or REST)

Responsibilities

Implement and drive adoption of the React-based design system library
Mentor others on software development practices
Develop and maintain build tools and CI/CD pipelines
Advocate for solutions meeting accessibility standards

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
