Position Summary
Our Santa Monica, CA office is searching for a Sustainability Energy Modeler to join our global Sustainability team, BEYOND. This person will be the in-house professional for energy and carbon modeling, guidelines, and applications. This position is an opportunity for a motivated individual to work hand-in-hand with design teams on both new construction and commercial interiors to influence how projects are designed in order to decarbonize both operational and embodied carbon. This work will include project certifications, CalGreen compliance, AIA 2030 reporting, and custom solutions and will also support the development and expansion of the BEYOND team’s building analytics goals.

Position reports to the Global Director of Sustainability and Wellness.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
