Incredible Internship Program

Pros

I would highly recommend this internship program to anyone looking to gain experience in the architectural field. The program is well thought out, and HLW provides a bountiful amount of introduction and/or guidance to any task assigned. The highlight of the program is working alongside everyone at the company who helped me adapt to the real world of architecture and answer any questions I had. Everyone at HLW is super insightful and all bring something different to the firm, but nonetheless always available to answer questions and help out no matter how large or small the task is. Furthermore, aside from learning the day to day tasks of an architect, HLW opens their networking events to interns in order to get their foot in the door and build connections otherwise not available, which is also a world in of itself and a very valuable involvement to have.
