With personalized coaching and industry-aligned curriculum, we've helped over 5000 graduates from diverse backgrounds launch successful careers in sales and business development.This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive SDR Residency. The Residency consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales.As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving growth by helping us expand our footprint and find our next great customers. SDRs are responsible for making initial contact with prospects in the real estate industry and get to work with our talented team of Account Executives to convert over new customers. SDRs set the tone for the entire sales cycle and will learn how Real Estate teams make buying decisions. This is an entry-level position with significant growth opportunities for motivated individuals who are eager to start a career in sales.Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:This entry-level position requires an aspiring self-starter and someone that can effectively process inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. You understand how to assess a company's needs and specifically cater the outreach to each prospect. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.• Learn industry dynamics and organization structures. Identify key players, quickly assess business case, and formulate a pitch• Leverage a variety of data tools to locate contact information for an account• Be a compelling voice to spark prospect interest• Utilize calls, emails, and other creative tactics to connect with accounts and drum up interest• Work with Account Executives (AEs) to make sure deals are moving through the sales funnel• Maintain clean systems and gain proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), automated email tools (Outreach), lead gen tools, databases, and MS Excel.Requirements:• Must be willing to come to our Chelsea NY office 4 days a week. Work from home 1 day a week• 0-3 years as an SDR (or similar sales role)• Real estate or EMS solutions experience is a plus• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.• Extremely self-motivated and organized, with a diligent work ethic.• Ambition and enthusiasm for personal career growth in a scaling company.• High level of integrity and a passionate commitment to building a successful company• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team of 5 SDRs in a fast-paced environment.• Adept computer skills including proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Suite.• Experience with CRM applications preferred.What We Offer:• Free two-week training period followed by a full-time, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners as a W2 Employee.• Hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance from industry experts and experienced sales professionals.• Opportunity to gain practical sales experience and develop valuable skills for a successful career in sales.• Competitive compensation package during the Residency.• Access to networking events, career development workshops, and ongoing support from SV Academy.• Supportive Environment: Collaborative and supportive team culture.• Competitive Compensation: Base salary with performance-based incentives.Job Type: Full Time Employment (FTE)Compensation: Base salary ($65K) + Uncapped Commissions ($35K+) = $85K - $100K+ OTE (on target earnings).
