Swoon is hiring an AI Program Manager for our top client in NY!• 6 month contract with potential to extend• hybrid in NY, NY (2-3 days/week on site)• Benefits available: Medical/Dental/Vision• Looking to hire ASAPWho is the client I would be working with?• A leading American publicly owned global asset management firm that offers funds, advisory services, account management, and retirement plans and services for individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries!What will I be doing in this role?• Coordinates a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing a highly complex program, identifies, and organizes use cases, develops detailed program plans and roadmaps, manages program interdependencies, and ensures cohesive & timely execution.• Defining, tracking & reporting on program key performance indicators (KPIs), issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, communications, stakeholder & other relationship management.• Resolves issues & challenges so that the program goals and requirements are met.• Responsible for the preparation of program materials or documentation.What is required?• 5+ years experience in program management• Prior experience in AI projects/programs• Strong knowledge of MS365• Excellent communicationWhat would be nice?• Prior experience in enterprise organization• Education applicable to field• Prior experience in financial/investment/banking organizationIf interested apply here!
