Senior UI/UX Designer

Our client, one of the world's leading wireless companies, is seeking to hire 4 Senior UI/UX Designers to join their team on an ongoing contract basis working on web based applications for their front-line retail store and call center super users!Hourly Rate: Up to $70/hour (some flex, DOE)Location: 100% Remote (CST or EST highly preferred)Duration: 18+ months (40 hours/week)• ongoing/multi-year contract, no end dateHire Type: W2Why We Love This Opportunity:• Opportunity to build new web based applications working within a young design system that is very flexible including building new custom components• Work with an outstanding and collaborative team looking to innovate• Visibility to key stakeholders and executives• Opportunity to mentor peers and junior team members• Extensive opportunity to make impact!Experience Required:• Hands on UI and UX design (50/50 split)• Web-based application design experience (required)• Experience usability testing, interpreting results, and data analytics to inform design decisions• Strong ability to speak to design choices, influence, and present to stakeholders• Experience designing for a notable and/or brand name enterprise organization(s) designing for enterprise users working on high-visibility product teams• Comfortability working in a fast paced environment• Proficiency within Figma (required), the Adobe Creative Suite (required), Sketch (or similar)• Minimum 6+ years of UI/UX design experience aligning with the abovePortfolio Requirements:• Portfolio showcasing both visual/UI and UX design that is easy/simple to use• End-to-end case studies and/or use cases that showcase not only outcomes/solutions but proof of effectiveness or non-effectiveness of the solution including design direction and/or resolution
