Car Sales Officer - Finance Used Cars

Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and the Middle East. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process.

2. Provide detailed information about the features and characteristics of finance used cars.

3. Assist customers in completing the necessary steps for financing and completing the purchase process.

4. Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about finance used cars.

5. Coordinate test drives and inspections for interested customers.

6. Collect and manage all required documents for financing and sale procedures.

7. Negotiate car prices and financing terms with customers.

8. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financing and payment processes.

9. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Must have 2+ proven years of experience in cars sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Knowledge of financing and payment processes for used cars.

5. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

6. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
