  • Guide and support prioritization efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Build strong partnerships with other organizational leaders and continually strengthen the Product team’s relationships across departments.

  • Own and lead the quarterly roadmapping process, ensuring successful execution and delivery against the roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the COO to translate company strategy and vision into a dynamic, rolling four-quarter roadmap, and lead the team in developing an actionable and inspiring quarterly plan.

What  we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles such as Group Product Manager, Associate Director, Director, or VP of Product.

  • Proven experience in B2B fintech or SaaS software.

  • Track record of success leading product teams at a scaling startup high growth company.

  • Experience building products in a regulated industry.

  • Excellent experience in workflow automation, with a strong product intuition and ability to simplify complex processes for users.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Strong, process-oriented product leader with deep experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Passionate about coaching teams, setting a high bar for quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborative with a proven ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams.

  • User-obsessed and data-informed, with strong skills in discovery, validation, and product analytics.

  • Excellent communicator and storyteller—clear, detailed, and compelling in both written and verbal communication.

  • Strategic prioritizer, able to balance short-term needs and long-term vision in dynamic environments.

  • Detail-obsessed and rigorous, yet humble and open to feedback.

  • Curious and high-initiative—comfortable operating independently and thriving in fast-paced, evolving spaces.
