Job Description

The Product Owner is responsible for gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, the incumbent must be able to successfully identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

Reporting to a Lead Product Owner, the Product Owner will work with engineering teams, Product Managers, other Product Owners, business stakeholders and the broader Delivery Team.

Qualifications

  • 2years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role within the Telco or IT sector is highly desirable.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and customer portals.
  • Proven experience in iteration and sprint planning.
  • Skilled in developing user stories, process flows, customer journey mapping, detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and other essential documentation.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
