Synack is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support Sales and Go-To-Market success by providing insights, analysis, and reporting. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive processes and procedures.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Drive lead gen and sales organization analyses
Manage weekly and quarterly reporting
Support commission plan design and quota distribution
Provide Salesforce end-user training sessions

Education

Bachelor's degree required
MBA preferred
