We have been working hard on our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) program for the last year and a half.  We are creating a community of aligning DEI efforts from multiple tech companies to share ideas, dig into the harder questions and build a community of partnerships to diversify the workforce inside and outside the walls of Synack.

These partnerships help us develop our candidate pool and build community, create employer branding and represents our dedication to DEIB. We have built Synack Academy internships partnering with our community organizations recruiting and giving opportunity to interns when possible.
