Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Product Engineering Leader to lead Servicing Engineering Product strategy and initiatives. This role involves leading multiple mission critical COTS & SAAS complex applications and setting the strategic direction for Document Management and Imaging business processes, overseeing its integration across various business units, and ensuring its alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and enhances operational efficiency, innovation, and customer experience for Doc Management and Imaging products.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, advancements, and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Lead and manage several teams of engineers, setting clear objectives and ensuring team alignment with business goals.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions and systems, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.
Collaborate with various business partners to identify opportunities for improvements and solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Doc Management and Imaging processes and incorporate best practices into the system.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and other standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex engineering concepts into understandable terms and demonstrating the value of the initiatives.
Act as a mentor and guide for team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field OR a minimum of 12 years of work experience in Information Technology.
Extensive leadership experience in Engineering or a related technical field.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Deep understanding of Doc Management and Imaging products, technologies and their practical business applications.
Experience in solutioning with cloud technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
Ethical and responsible approach to data privacy.
Desired Characteristics:
Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations.
Demonstrated competency with linking business strategy with IT technology initiatives.
Current understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Strong business acumen including a broad understanding of financial services business processes and practices.
Previous Consumer Finance experience, or other credit card processing experience.
Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is 155,000.00 - 260,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
