Manage a large portfolio of accounts (>100 accounts)
Maintain and report an accurate renewal forecast
Engage with key decision-makers to understand customer requirements
Achieve customer goals through 1:1 engagements and 1:many programs
Create digital CS playbooks and email sequences
Identify risks and opportunities using data analysis
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
