System Administrator

As our System Administrator, your focus will be to oversee and own the maintenance and security of Spartan's intranet and computer systems. This includes identifying problems, anticipating potential issues, and troubleshooting/ repairing systems and software as needed.

Salary parameters for this role are based on experience, with a base in the $101,000 to $140,000 range. In addition, we also offer equity participation, full benefits, 401K (with match), and a wellness perk of up to $75/month for gym reimbursement. This is a full-time position requiring an onsite presence daily at our company headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience administering & implementing Microsoft 365 in a Hybrid windows/Mac environment
• Demonstrable experience with all Microsoft 365 services (e. Exchange / Sharepoint / OneDrive) and Hybrid Mode AzureAD
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP networking & fundamental understanding of Firewall/Router/Switch administration
• Understanding of Storage Fundamentals (RAID levels/IOPS/Protocols)
• Familiarity with principles of Database Administration
• Experience in administering 3rd party (non-Microsoft) Cloud services
• Expert at Windows Desktop administration
• Competent Apple OS/X administration
• AA/AS Degree Required; BA/BS strongly preferred in IT/IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Certification
