We're looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to help design and maintain our company's external tools.
In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders on the Customer Experience, Product, and BizOps teams to deliver on system improvements that support and delight both employees and customers in a measurable way.
The starting base range for this position is between $90K and $110K per year. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.
- Plan, design, and maintain customer-facing systems that are heavily integrated across departments, channels, tools, and regions
- Ensure key metrics are codified and surfaced throughout all platforms to drive data-sharing and collaboration with management
- Work closely with leadership to understand existing pain points, advocate for system scalability, and then prioritize and manage projects end-to-end
- Draw actionable insights from internal data in order to streamline and automate both internal and agent workflows
- Monitor system health and reporting integrity to prevent and remediate outages
- Foster vendor relationships to remain informed of new enhancements and upgrades available for our systems
- Document and maintain system administration operating procedures and best practices
- 3+ years systems administration experience within a hyper-growth environment
- Adept at growing and streamlining systems functions (startup experience is a major advantage)
- Experience with SaaS applications (Zendesk, Talkdesk, Looker, Twilio, Agyle Time)
- Well-versed in utilizing APIs and regular expressions in order to interconnect and automate systems
- Comfortable collaborating cross-departmentally and assisting teams across diverse geographies
- Ability to work in an office environment
