Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktops/laptops, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve issues to maximize IT systems.
  • Monitor system performance, hardware, software, and application health on all IT systems.
  • Identify and resolve IT system issues to maintain services, enhance capabilities, and prevent system outages.
  • Provide thorough technical support and problem resolution for all team members.
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Organize equipment in the office and manage inventory for EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Must be willing to travel.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. MCSA, MCSE, or other technical certifications preferred.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of Microsoft systems support experience with working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 required, Active Directory, Exchange, or MS RDS and VMware ESX servers.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on LAN/WAN networking experience, enterprise system monitoring experience, and back-up/restore operations experience.
  • Must have strong project management skills, good leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong follow through on completing projects in a self-directed manner.
  • Must be extremely flexible and able to switch gears at a moment’s notice, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Office setting and/or home office work environment. Team member must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team member spends substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone, attending meetings and working under deadlines.

This is a hybrid role, based in our Canary Wharf, London, office. Applicants should live within commutable distance to the office.
