Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs)
Our TMRGs are made up of TMs who share similar ideas, backgrounds, common interests and allies. They are about building connected communities at work so that together, we nourish an inclusive culture that celebrates our uniqueness.
Each group has its own identity and represents diverse communities within our workplace. These groups are organized and led by TMs, based on topics that fit their interest.

Altair is more than a global mobility provider. We are more than just our business. One of the most important aspects of Altair Global is our culture, and our culture is rooted not just in client service but also in a mindset of service to our team members, community, and environment. It's easy for companies to say that they are service-oriented and focused on the community they live in, but Altair Global lives it.
Team members are encouraged to volunteer and are given one day off each quarter (32 hours per year) to donate their time to charitable organizations. In addition, all team members are encouraged to participate in our Global Day of Service.
