The Systems Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of the technology infrastructure at the Bay Club. Reporting directly to the SVP of IT Operations, the Systems Administrator will also provide proactive recommendations for improving the technology infrastructure and play a key role in onboarding of new acquisitions.
- Provide day to day support for network and server infrastructure, serve as an escalation point for the helpdesk team.
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance.
- Address system outages and other issues impacting systems and processes, work with operations teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Manage implementation for system enhancements; articulates technology needs, pain points, user impact, and desired outcomes for features.
- Lead complex projects from planning and design to delivery and support.
- Help ensure a strong security posture and incident response process.
- Develop, maintain, and document network and infrastructure processes, including configuration, security measures, backup measures and change management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 3 – 5 years as a SysAdmin (or similar role) in an enterprise environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft cloud products: O365, Azure AD, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms.
- Excellent networking knowledge, including but not limited to: DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, switching and routing, firewalls, and wireless. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks products preferred.
- Experience with VOIP phone systems.
- Strong experience with backup/disaster recovery technology and processes.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell/other scripting languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A sense of diligence and accountability; action-oriented with a healthy sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to: work independently as well as part of a team, effectively multi-task, consistently meet deadlines, prioritize, and organize workloads.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with endpoint management solutions (Intune/SCCM/ME).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably MS Azure.
- Experience with process automation.
- CCNA/Network+/Security+ Certification.

- Computer – Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software required by TBCC and regulatory agencies. Ability to develop tracking and report forms in Word and Excel as needed.
EDUCATION – Associates Degree or equivalent accredited degree or professional certification. Bachelors of Arts or Science is desirable.
