Work very closely with other system administrators on process and procedures to promote application codes and configurations to non-production and production environments. Document and update existing documentation on all learnings. Review and take ITSM tickets in a timely manner. Provide feedback to other team members on tickets and request for information regarding IIS or application configurations.

Qualifications:
Ability to quickly learn and document all newly acquired skills in an organized publicized team portal site. Perform independent research on areas that you are not familiar with to engage with others for assistance. Ability to prioritize or ask for assistance on priorities. Ability to multi-task and perform context switching when there are blockers to some of the activities you are assigned.
