Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Capabilities Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a powerful team? T-Mobile is looking for an innovative, creative, and organized Digital Marketing Capabilities Manager to join our team and help us take our digital marketing capabilities to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive... digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to providing superior customer service. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in digital marketing, a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing best practices, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform and optimize digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with other business objectives. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Provide excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with external partners. Manage budget allocated to digital marketing initiatives.
