This person will cultivate a partnership with internal and external partners to promote cooperation and communication amongst teams through the integration process. They optimize the customer experience through the process and develop strategies to mitigate risks. This individual will regularly interact with senior leadership to provide updates to timelines and key achievements.This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Management and activation of multiple strategic partnerships post-contract and throughout the partnership program/term to hit key milestones and timelines• Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including resolving business issues and serving as an internal advocate to meet strategic goals• Work cross-functionally with product, retail, care, marketing, sales, legal, finance and multiple other organizations to coordinate and direct milestones• Represent T-Mobile in external meetings with contacts from other companies• Develop tools, processes and reporting to further standardize and improve the operation and efficiency of the team, and/or increase the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as neededQUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's Degree;Advanced degree preferred• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in corporate alliances or partnership management.• Excellent organizational and project management skills• Strong attention to detail• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: a direct communicator with excellent presentation skills• Agile; thrives in fast-paced and constantly shifting environment• Proven success in developing and managing strong, long-term marketing partnerships• Experience working on cross-functional projects and teams• Strong problem resolution skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions• Track record of demonstrating a high level of achievement• At least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the United StatesBase Pay Range: $79,900 - $144,200Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.At T-Mobile, our benefits exemplify the spirit of One Team, Together!
